Responsibilities: Conduct thorough dental cleanings, advanced periodontal treatments, sealant applications, and comprehensive examinations. Effectively administer local anesthetic as required. Capture and assess dental x-rays for accurate diagnosis. Ensure the sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments in accordance with strict protocols. Educate patients on best practices for oral hygiene and preventive care. Keep precise patient records while adhering to dental health regulations. Requirements: Valid Dental Hygienist license in Illinois. Certification in administering local anesthetic. Current CPR certification. Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional communication and patient care skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset. Benefits: 401k, PTO, and bonuses. Compensation: $48-$52/hour.
