The Work Our Radar Systems Engineering team is looking for a talented individual to join us in the integration, testing, and verification of high-performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. In this role, you will: Utilize advanced technologies and scientific principles to design revolutionary system solutions. Support integration and testing efforts, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution. Conduct system verification and assist in certification activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve technical objectives. Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, as well as program and senior leadership on technical matters. Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills while thriving in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Be comfortable working in hands-on laboratory or field settings. This role may require shift work and the ability to travel domestically and internationally for site installations, checkout, and integration testing. Note: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen to be considered. Functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, and components. Experience in radar systems integration and testing, including functional and performance verification, and developing test procedures and plans. High proficiency in using MATLAB and Python for data analysis. Ability to work flexible schedules, including non-standard work shifts and weekends as required by the program. Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining a DoD Secret level clearance. Desired Skills: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a similar field. Experience in radar systems development and testing, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation. Experience with RF systems or antenna testing in near-field and far-field environments. Familiarity with Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts. Knowledge of earned value management. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin offers various alternate work schedules providing flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days per week to condensed schedules that offer additional time away from the office. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week The base salary for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $172,488.
