What You'll Be Working On Installation of ducted & ductless air-source heat pump systems Furnaces, boilers, and central A/C systems Exposure to a wide variety of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment Clean, organized jobs with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship What We Promise to Provide You $34.00-$45.00/hr to start (based on experience) Limited on-call rotations (work/life balance matters here) Company vehicle provided Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and a paid day off on your birthday Employer-matched retirement plan Paid training & ongoing professional development Employee discounts & referral bonuses Employee appreciation events Inclusive, supportive team environment What We're Looking For EPA Universal Certification (required) 3+ years of HVAC experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer-service mindset & team-first attitude Ability to pass background check & drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties Standout Candidates May Also Have 5+ years of HVAC experience Lead Installer or Crew Lead background MA Refrigeration License (preferred, not required) Experience across additional trades (plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, etc.) Consistently recognized as a top performer Schedule 8-hour shifts Overtime available Limited on-call rotation Service Area Based out of Marlborough, MA Serving most of Massachusetts
