Job Description: The Pet Nutrition North America People and Organization [P&O] Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with PNNA functions. The Business Partner develops and deploys functional People plans inclusive of talent, organizational development, culture and performance. This role will also play an important role in supporting the Sr. P&O Director for Corporate and Demand PNNA in deploying the evolved operating model, organizational design, and subsequent change management of our current transformation. Additionally, the Business Partner will play a key role in supporting or co-leading transversal initiatives to drive overall performance and growth in the PNNA business. What are we looking for? Minimum qualifications: Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Management or related field 7 or more years of progressive P&O and/or leadership experience P&O Generalist experience working at senior levels, or demonstrated strength in people leadership in another function Solid knowledge of local policies and practices and understanding their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance Preferred qualifications: Master / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field 10 or more years of progressive P&O and/or leadership experience Demonstrated capability in deploying strategies at the functional leadership level and enterprise level Demonstrated experience using organizational development tools or another functional equivalent. Demonstrated capability in leading medium scale change management (ex. functional level change initiatives) Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail What will be your key responsibilities? Overall business partnering support for existing designated Corporate and Demand functions/strategies in PNNA Partner with Functional VPs to establish and deploy short- and long-term strategies based on data & analytics insights in critical areas such as culture, talent, change management and organizational development to drive business success; ensure the people agenda is deployed and effectively actioned. Partner with key customers to build highly performing and effective teams. Proactively using data & analytics to focus and build interventions where applicable. Use Organizational Development (OD) principles and data analytics to develop and deploy rigorous people plans and strategies that support associate development/engagement. Work closely with business partners across the enterprise supporting Corporate and Demand to create a compelling EVP for our associates. Work closely with MyP&O and Centers of Expertise (ex. Rewards, Talent, etc.) to collaboratively design and deploy interventions specific to Pet Nutrition needs, or to deploy global standard processes. Flex into transversal initiatives as needed for change management and/or team effectiveness support. Drive efficiency across the P&O operating model by facilitating the adoption of Mars signature programs, leading and managing OE specific projects, and providing P&O support to functional leadership teams. Lead all key talent, culture and P&O signature process elements within Corporate and Demand in PNNA. Act as a trusted coach and credible partner to the senior leaders within Corporate and Demand, and other functions as needed.
