About the Job Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Coordinator to support daily operations at our warehouse location. The Onsite Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact between employees, management, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workforce coordination. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee daily attendance of warehouse staff. Assist with employee check-ins, onboarding paperwork, and orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Communicate staffing needs and updates with management and clients. Address employee questions, concerns, and scheduling issues. Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures. Track timekeeping and report attendance or performance issues. Assist with recruiting support and candidate coordination when needed. Maintain a professional and organized onsite work environment. Qualifications:Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, HR support, or coordination preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems). Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
