Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Elkton, MD (On?Site, Daily) Salary: Up to $87,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time We are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead a smaller local bank Branch in Elkton, MD. This role is ideal for a community focused leader who enjoys balancing Branch operations with relationship driven sales. Approximately 50% of the role is spent out in the community, developing business, building partnerships, and representing the Branch locally. The remaining time is focused on in Branch leadership, operations, and team development.
