Job DescriptionA client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Oracle CX Sales Cloud Functional Consultant with deep, hands-on experience migrating Oracle CX Sales Cloud from Classic (Standard) UI to Oracle Redwood UI. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for a functional expert who enjoys working directly in the application-configuring, testing, validating, and optimizing the Redwood experience-while serving as the functional authority for Sales Cloud design decisions.The Lead Oracle CX Sales Cloud Functional Consultant will be responsible for executing hands-on functional migration activities from Oracle CX Sales Cloud Classic (Standard) UI to Oracle Redwood UI. This includes directly configuring and validating Redwood pages, layouts, objects, fields, and role-based experiences to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. The consultant will assess functional differences and feature gaps between Classic and Redwood UI, identify behavioral or usability impacts, and implement practical functional solutions or redesigned approaches aligned with Redwood best practices. The role requires active participation in functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support to ensure Redwood-driven changes meet business requirements and perform as expected across releases.In addition to migration work, the consultant will serve as a hands-on functional expert for Oracle CX Sales Cloud configuration across core sales processes, including leads, accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, pipelines, sales stages, and forecasting. This includes configuring objects, fields, validations, workflows, approvals, and role-based access controls, while ensuring solutions are scalable and compatible with Redwood UI standards. The consultant will translate business requirements into concrete functional configurations by working directly in the application rather than operating in an advisory-only capacity.This position does not own project management activities (planning, resourcing, or timelines), but instead partners closely with PMs and technical teams to deliver a successful, high-quality Redwood migration and ongoing Sales Cloud enhancements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
