CDM Smith is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Engineer in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering to join our Water Services Group. This is your chance to apply your engineering skills on innovative projects while learning from a dynamic team. In this role, you will: Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Work on sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Conduct site assessments and adjust design parameters as necessary. Perform water quality analyses and modeling. Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation. Collaborate on presentations for client meetings and industry conferences using tools like ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and more. Occasionally participate in fieldwork to support construction management activities, gaining hands-on project lifecycle experience. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is required. While no prior work experience is necessary, equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Be prepared for potential domestic and/or international travel, which will depend on specific job duties and project demands.
