KPMG is seeking a Director of Learning Technology Innovation to enhance our Talent and Culture organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a holistic strategy for learning technology that aligns with our organizational goals and talent development objectives, overseeing the selection and management of critical learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classroom platforms, and innovative digital tools. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including Learning & Development, IT, and business leaders, to ensure our learning technology solutions meet the unique needs of the organization. Lead a team of learning technology experts, providing mentorship and support to ensure the successful execution of various projects and initiatives; guarantee compliance with firm and regulatory requirements, including Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in learning technology, making informed recommendations for cutting-edge solutions; manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Oversee the creation and delivery of training and support related to learning technologies to ensure efficient usage throughout the firm. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility in maintaining KPMG's respectful workplace culture. Qualifications: A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in learning and development with a strong emphasis on learning technology. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experienced in various learning technologies, including LMS, virtual classroom setups, and content development tools; familiarity with Cornerstone Galaxy is preferred. Proven success in leading the selection, implementation, and management of learning technology solutions within a large, multifaceted organization; knowledgeable about CPE requirements relevant to professional services firms. A deep understanding of learning and development principles and best practices; exceptional project management and leadership abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
