This will empower clients to create cross-functional Agile teams, integrating marketing, sales, engineering, and beyond. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing a robust product roadmap that maximizes value and ROI, focusing on initiatives like retail media networks, privacy-safe growth, and direct-to-consumer strategies. Understanding our clients' needs, you will develop relevant use cases, evaluate their business impact, and create a prioritized activation roadmap. Within an Agile framework, you will generate user stories and collaborate closely with architecture, data science, and development teams to refine these use cases. You will have ownership over the design and delivery of technology platforms, bridging business requirements and technology solutions. Your role will enhance Agile development by creating sprint plans, navigating roadblocks, and driving overall progress. Your Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in MarTech product management, implementation, and solutioning. Knowledge of marketing and advertising technology. Proven experience in developing a product roadmap and facilitating Agile practices. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on cross-team collaboration. A passion for innovative problem-solving and a willingness to embrace change.
