Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily hygiene and personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other ADLs. Get to know each resident's preferences and routines to tailor the care you provide. Accurately document care provided and promptly report any concerns to appropriate personnel. Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures diligently. Maintain open communication with your supervisor regarding the status and condition of residents. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and residents. What We Seek A compassionate caregiver dedicated to ensuring residents come first, with a strong commitment to detail. Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License. 3 - 6 months experience in long-term care preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively. Strong customer service skills. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements This position requires medium to heavy physical work, including occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 100 pounds and repetitive movements of up to 45 pounds. Frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder height required. Exposure to blood borne pathogens, body excretions, and communicable diseases. Frequent interactions with residents, family members, and visitors.
