Salary Range $38.06 - $56.70 Hourly Position Type 72 Hours Biweekly Category Nursing - Hospital Description Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a caring and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical department at Elbow Lake. You'll have the ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment where teamwork is a key focus. You will provide a healing touch for all ages, and feel rewarded by the care you provide each day. The qualified candidate will use effective interpersonal and communication skills to maintain contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment. Hours/Shifts 72 hours biweekly with 12 hour Day/Night shifts and a weekend rotation. Compensation Hourly wage range for RN hires: $38.06-56.70. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. Qualifications Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Education/Special Skills: To perform in this position requires the incumbent to be a graduate of a school of nursing with current RN licensure in Minnesota. This position requires current BLS certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months. ACLS and either TNCC or CALS required within one year from hire date. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required. Must be able to attend the work site per schedule.
