Adecco is assisting a client in Parsippany, NJ in their search for a Customer Logistics Analyst. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role with potential for extension, paying $32/hour. The position follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), with 5 days onsite in Parsippany during the initial training period. The Customer Logistics Analyst manages the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, In-Full and On-Time. This role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize shipping efficiency, improve cost-to-serve, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the full order processing cycle: PO receipt, inventory confirmation, delivery scheduling, and on-time fulfillment Process and track orders using SAP and Excel Maximize on-time shipping, fill rates, and cost efficiency (including ship-with optimization) Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouses, Carriers, Brokers, and Customers Manage returns, credits, claims, and minimize OS&D issues Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues Support EDI processes and reporting requirements Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements Maintain timely, clear communication with customers and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 3+ years of Customer Logistics experience, preferably in FMCG (Food & Beverage preferred) Skills & Competencies Soft Skills: Customer-focused with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Analytical, results-oriented, and proactive Technical Skills: Strong SAP Order Management Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes Pay Details: $32.00 to $32.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
