As an RT in this high-volume environment, you will be a critical part of the rapid response and ventilator management teams, caring for a patient population with high rates of COPD and acute pulmonary needs. ✨ Financial Breakdown (Weekly) Taxable Pay: $756.00 Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00 Total Gross Weekly: $2,002.00 ✨ Assignment Overview ? Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 03/23/2026 ? Shift: Nights | 36 Hours Guaranteed ? Location: Lawton, OK ? Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Center) ? Role Highlights Inpatient Critical Care: Manage mechanical ventilation in the ICU/CCU and provide high-flow therapy and nebulizer treatments across the Med-Surg floors. Emergency Response: Act as a core member of the Code Blue and Rapid Response teams. You must be proficient in intubation assistance and arterial blood gas (ABG) draws. Diagnostic Independence: Perform PFTs and monitor bedside weaning parameters. You will work under medical direction but are expected to function as the subject matter expert on the night shift. Age Diversity: Provide care for patients ranging from Neonatal (NICU) through Geriatric, depending on the facility's specific unit assignments. ? Mandatory Requirements Licensure: Active Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Credential: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) is preferred; some contracts may accept CRT with high experience. Certifications: Current AHA BLS and ACLS. (PALS and NRP are highly recommended given the "all ages" requirement).
