KPMG is currently seeking a Director of Physical Security and Forensic Analysis to join our dynamic Advisory Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular assessments and audits of existing physical security measures and protocols. Lead intricate financial forensic investigations aimed at identifying and addressing instances of fraud and financial impropriety. Develop and update comprehensive policies and procedures related to physical security and forensic investigations. Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate effective mitigation strategies to counter potential security and financial threats. Prepare detailed reports concerning security operations and the outcomes of forensic investigations for senior leadership. Manage diverse teams in complex investigations and physical security advisory projects, including fraud-related assessments, gap analyses, and remediation strategies; demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to foster KPMG's respectful and courteous workplace. Qualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate physical security and financial forensic investigations. Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CPA, CPP, or CFE. In-depth understanding of security systems, risk management, and forensic accounting principles. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel as necessary. Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
