Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for an Operations - Process Manager for their Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities: Training & Certification: Meticulously manage the lifecycle of our interviewer community's readiness. This includes coordinating and tracking the enrollment, completion, and compliance of all required interviewer training modules and certification programs. Audit & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of certified interviewers, regularly audit training completion data, and generate reports on interviewer compliance status to identify gaps and drive corrective action. Support: Serve as a point of contact for interviewer inquiries related to training, certification status, and interview logistics, escalating complex issues as necessary to the appropriate stakeholders. Process Management & Documentation: Documentation Integrity: Take ownership of the existing library of operational and process documentation. This includes conducting periodic, scheduled audits to verify accuracy, relevance, and adherence to current standards. Change Management: Proactively collaborate with team members to ensure all process documentation is updated swiftly and accurately in response to policy, strategy, or system changes. Resource Development: Identify unmet resource needs within the team and the broader interviewer community. Design, develop, and implement new, high-quality standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, training guides, and frequently asked questions (FAQ) resources where they currently do not exist, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly. Project Support & Operations: Coordination: Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for various team projects, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and organizing meetings. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the overall operational excellence of the team by suggesting improvements to existing processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and the interviewer experience. Requirements: 2-4 years experience in project coordination, recruitment ops, or a heavy process-oriented role Efficient in Google G-Suite Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills Exhibit a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality and flexibility Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change Proven problem solving, analytical and decision making skills Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements Strong attention to detail Why Should You Apply?
