Clinical Director for Hartford, CT

(Physician/MD qualifications required)Fantastic opportunity in Hartford, CT for an Internal or Family Medicine Physician to be the Clinical Director of a 50+ member Adult Medicine 7 Specialty Department. As the top clinical leader in the department, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Clinical Director, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and Director of Infectious Diseases will provide general oversight and leadership of the department. Expect a 50/50 split between clinical time and administrative time. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule. Share on-call rotation with other providers. On-call for a week every 10 to 12 weeks approximately. Compensation up to $292,000. Requirement: Three years of clinical administrative management experience.
