Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Job Summary: Lead technical design for projects from early concept to completion. Define project scopes and develop options for I&E systems. Ensure all I&E designs follow specifications, standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience with refining, petrochemical, or equivalent manufacturing industry I&E systems. Strong expertise in I&E design and power system analysis. Proficiency in SKM and ETAP modeling software. In-depth knowledge of NEC, IEEE, API, and related standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: pply knowledge of NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA, API, and NEMA standards in all projects. Review and approve construction documents to ensure compliance with codes and standards. Participate in Management of Change reviews for projects. Join constructability, P&ID, and project review meetings. Specify and support the purchase of I&E materials for projects. Use refinery power system models (SKM/ETAP) for studies and provide updates. Develop preventative maintenance plans for new equipment. Support construction and commissioning with technical and safety expertise. Recommend improvements to corporate I&E specifications based on industry experience. Serve as custodian for instrument specifications.
