Rate: $80/hr on C2C Need locals Job Title: Accounting Project Coordinator with SAP S4 Finance and Treasury modules Location: Dauphin County, PA (Hybrid) Job Type: 6-12 months contract Client domain: State Interview Type: Video Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Project Coordinator with a minimum of five years working with SAP financial modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, detailed knowledge of finance and treasury processes, and experience with SAP S4 Finance. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP financial modules Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in complex systems project management, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and problem-solving Knowledge of accounting and auditing practices and principles Extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Finance and Treasury modules, specifically: Cash Management Payments and Bank Connectivity Treasury and Risk Management Working Capital Management Broad understanding of financial procedures and policies Proficient technical writing skills Key Responsibilities: Serve as the business point of contact and subject matter expert for the SMART Project. Act as SME on Finance business processes, supporting the implementation of new or revised financial enterprise systems, applications, and procedures. Lead project coordination, data management, testing, and support for assigned financial subsystems; draft or revise policies impacted by the project. Rapidly learn and adapt to current Finance and Treasury processes, facilitating mapping of new business requirements in alignment with existing systems. Provide strategic oversight on reporting requirements, collaborating with IT and Master Data teams to find efficient solutions. Work with the system integrator, IT, and Finance teams to develop flexible reporting and analysis tools for strategic analysis, operational reporting, and decision support. Support data profiling and cleansing of Finance master and transactional data. Conduct data reconciliations and validations to support project activities. Participate in all project testing activities and document any gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies. Provide support during Cutover and Hypercare phases post-go-live. Develop and document workflow processes within Financial Systems and work with IT to implement complex workflows. Assist in identifying training needs, developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation as necessary. Ensure that all modifications and upgrades are tested thoroughly before going live. Support best practices in system and process change management, documentation, and process standardization. Remarks: Required: 5 years' experience with SAP financial modules, complex systems project management, knowledge of accounting/auditing principles, extensive experience with SAP S4 Finance and Treasury apps, cash management, payments, bank connectivity, treasury and risk management, working capital management, and proficient technical writing skills.
