Located in Lincoln, CA, this contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) prepared to provide high-quality care within a school setting. The role focuses on evaluating, treating, and supporting students with speech and language disorders, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote effective communication skills and learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting speech and language disorders Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual goals Deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing speech and language challenges Monitor and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care Educate and engage families to support therapy goals and reinforce progress at home Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology is required This position offers professional support from a dedicated advisory team consisting of experienced SLPs within the state, ensuring ongoing mentorship and guidance.
