Cleveland, OH - Onsite (Local or willing to relocate) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle OIC SME with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA/Fusion Middleware. This is a client-facing role requiring deep technical knowledge, production support capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience and be comfortable handling escalations, RCA, and enterprise integrations. Candidates must be able to work on our W2 payroll. What You'll Do Lead design, development, and support of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and manage OIC workflows and integrations connecting multiple enterprise systems Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SOA / Oracle SOA Suite Troubleshoot and debug production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes Handle client-facing interactions including technical discussions, reporting, and escalation management Support ongoing enhancements, performance tuning, and optimization of integration solutions Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and performance Maintain documentation, reporting, and technical knowledge sharing Experience You'll Need 12+ years of overall IT experience Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and support Solid expertise in Oracle SOA Suite / Oracle Fusion SOA Proven experience building complex OIC integrations and workflows across multiple systems Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical issues Strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident management Exposure to Oracle infrastructure components and environment configurations Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage escalations and provide structured reporting
