Professional Type: Human Resources Specialty: Talent Acquisition Contract Type: Long-Term, 13 weeks, Shift: Day, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, 40 hour/week, no weekends, No on-call Rate: $24.00/hr Responsibilities: Review candidate applications and determine if they are qualified for the position they applied to Request and obtain transfer and rehire eligibility for applicable candidates Learn and understand nuances of recruitment coverage areas in order to support the area Recruiter(s) assigned Meet regularly with area Recruiter(s) to review trends and events with candidate pipeline Support hiring activities within coverage area including but not limited to: candidate phone screening, hiring event scheduling, candidate compiling Maintains requisitions templates according to standard template set-up formatting and per direction of the Recruiter Participates in Talent Acquisition workgroups that support recruitment process Maintain a low new applicant to requisition ratio, while accurately dispositioning candidates Assist Recruiter(s) with running reference checks on candidates as needed Any other recruitment activities that promote personal or department growth as interested All other duties as assigned Requirements: Local candidates only. Entry level role; Bachelor's degree preferred. Remote position: training will be held at 9 Farm Springs, Farmington, CT for the first week and then work remote. Potential for temp to perm role in the future.
