Job Title: Finance Manager Company: AISIN World Corp. of America Department: Finance Location: Plymouth, MI Position Responsibilities The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position: Manage overall accounting processes and functions Manage staff, including goal setting and performance reviews Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management Manage monthly, quarterly and year end closing process and reporting Improve procedures and processes. Other tasks and duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Essential Skills and Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable/receivable procedures Advanced abilities in MS Excel Ability to analyze information and processes Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Beneficial Skills and Experience ERP Accounting software experience Strong planning and problem-solving skills Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies Japanese language Education/Training/Certifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Travel Requirements Approximately 5 % Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
