Job Description Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies designed to help them achieve their functional aspirations. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy approaches to encourage ongoing progress in their home environments. Track and Assess Patient Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure patients are making strides toward their goals. Education A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are supported and encouraged. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
