Data Visualization Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the IT and business team to drive the data analytics projects and proof of concepts. Utilize SQL for data manipulation, including creating views, tables, and pulling data from various sources (SAP, PI, Snowflake, Oracle, web-based APIs). Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data and demonstrate business value. Translate business requirements into IT requirements, ensuring accurate data ingestion and processing. Work closely with key stakeholders. Participate in both phases of the project: concept and requirements gathering, and testing protocols. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Mid to senior level experience in data visualization and analytics. Proficiency in SQL, including experience with data manipulation, table creation, and view creation. Strong experience with PowerBI for data visualization. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Familiarity with various data sources such as SAP, PI, Snowflake, Oracle, and web-based APIs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between business and IT teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
