Job Description Chief Stewardess - 112' Riva New Build - Private/Charter Flag: Cayman Islands Based: Miami / Fort Lauderdale Itinerary: Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean Program: Private use with light charter Start Date: flexible Program Overview We are seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to lead the interior program of a new-build 112' Riva. The position will be remote from now until the vessel launches in June, at which point the role will transition onboard. The ideal candidate will have experience with outfitting new builds. This is a family-oriented program with exceptional owners, offering a positive and professional working environment. Ideal Candidate Profile Previous new-build and/or interior outfitting experience preferred Confident, personable, and professional, with the ability to operate with discretion Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization High level of professionalism and personal presentation Creative flair for table décor and interior presentation Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Requirements: Valid B1B2 Visa with at least 6 months of validity Valid passport with at least 6 months of validity Schengen Visa is a major advantage STCW ENG1 Ability to speak English to a high standard Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $6,500 - $7,500 DOE/Flexible Leave: negotiable Contract provided Flights covered Contact for this position: Mary Claire To ensure a swift application process, please submit your application through the NauticALL crew portal.
