Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day production operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical or industrial maintenance experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in manufacturing maintenance. Training will be provided, and technicians will work closely with experienced maintenance staff. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment to support daily operations Respond to maintenance requests and equipment issues in a timely and safe manner Perform basic preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems under supervision Assist with inspections, mold changes, and equipment checks to ensure safe operation Help replace basic components such as motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and fittings Support maintenance documentation and communicate equipment status during shift handoffs Assist with new equipment setups, adjustments, and minor repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical work, or a related field Technical training, vocational schooling, or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems preferred Willingness to learn PLCs, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced maintenance skills over time Ability to use common hand tools and maintenance equipment Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to work overtime as needed Why Join Us Entry-level opportunity with hands-on training Learn from experienced maintenance professionals Opportunity for skill development and career growth IND2
