We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in delivering large-scale technology and digital initiatives. This is a high-impact role for a leader who excels in dynamic, matrixed environments. You will be responsible for establishing project management processes from the ground up, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex products within the digital media, publishing, or DTC subscription space. What You'll Do Drive Strategic Execution: Own the delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring projects are on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Build PM Frameworks: Establish, refine, and champion project management processes that scale effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage complex cross-team dependencies, facilitating collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Manage Operations & Reporting: Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to provide transparency, reporting, and documentation across the organization. Influence & Navigate: Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Who You Are Proven Leader: You bring 10+ years of experience delivering major tech projects, with at least 5 years dedicated to Agile methodologies (Scrum) and team leadership. Industry Expert: You have deep domain knowledge in digital media, publishing, or DTC subscription ecosystems. Technically Fluent: You can speak the language of engineering, understand technical tradeoffs, and are comfortable managing infrastructure/development initiatives. Strategic Communicator: You tailor your messaging for diverse audiences, from individual contributors to executive leadership. Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are proactive, resourceful, and highly autonomous-you identify problems before they occur and act to solve them. Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence. Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems with independent judgment. A growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, empathy, and high team morale.
