Procurement Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist you will be part of the procurement department supporting supplier compliance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Procurement SpecialistLocation: 100% remote, must be open to working in CTPay Range: $25 to $32 depending upon experienceDuration: 12 month contractWhat's the Job? Conduct structured supplier outreach to gather necessary compliance data Distribute supplier questionnaires and clear instructions to ensure understanding Track supplier responses, manage due dates, and follow up on outstanding items Review supplier submissions for completeness and accuracy to maintain data integrity Coordinate remediation efforts for missing or incomplete supplier information What's Needed? 3 + years experience with supplier outreach or supplier data collection Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and documentation quality Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in data validation and system data readiness processes What's in it for me?
