Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner. Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties. Ensures work area is clean and free of debris upon completion of repairs. Ensures materials are available and on-hand prior to starting repairs. Accurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily. Completes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Able to communicate in English.
