Experienced Shift Lead / Management (Team Lead) - Naples, FL Join us at ChickFilA as a high-performing Shift Lead / Management (Team Lead) -a leadership position elevated above a standard shift leader role. We're seeking a proven leader with strong restaurant management, supervisory experience, and the ability to train and mentor team members and future leaders. What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities Lead shifts in a fastpaced, highvolume restaurant environment Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold hospitality standards Coach, train, and develop team members-mentoring future leaders Maintain compliance with food safety, knowledge of HACCP, and health & safety standards Oversee operations: inventory control, cost control, and labour management Demonstrate relationship management, conflict resolution, and strong communication skills Ideal Candidate 1+ year of restaurant management, team supervision, or leadership experience (required) Experience in staff training, team building, and leadership development Demonstrated guest service orientation, hospitality, and customer experience focus Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working long hours and standing during peak shifts Reliable transportation & eligibility to work in the U.S. Required Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts Proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement Why This Role Stands Out We're not just hiring another shift lead-we're seeking a TopTier Leader, someone who actively builds leadership capacity within our team.
