About the Position: The Operations & Logistics Specialist sits at the intersection of warehouse execution and print network coordination. The Operations & Logistics Specialist helps drive operational accuracy, streamline shipments, and maintain inventory integrity across multiple channels and partners. Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations (50%) Pick, prepare, and ship orders, including LTL, FTL, and small parcel transfers Replenish warehouse locations and maintain organized storage bays Assist with container unloading and receiving Support DTC, wholesale (WS), and special project fulfillment Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Conduct ad hoc inventory spot checks and make necessary adjustments Print Network Operations (50%) Generate transfer orders in ACU for in-house and third-party printer locations Manage inventory and process orders through ACU Communicate with the Print Team regarding inventory discrepancies and shipping requirements Book LTL and FTL freight for the Print Network Generate small parcel shipping labels using multiple carrier platforms Create and close printer orders in ACU Process sales orders for lower-tier customers Serve as point of contact for the decorator network regarding inventory questions and issues Review print queue and code sales orders to determine print readiness Additional Responsibilities Partner with Sales to help navigate sales orders (SOs) in Asana and provide updates on current production status within the decorator network. Our salary ranges are thoughtfully benchmarked to reflect our size, stage, and values as an independently owned, Certified B Corporation. The salary range for this role is $52,500 to $62,500 USD. New hire salaries typically fall between the range minimum and midpoint, depending on job-related skills, experience, and expertise as assessed during the interview process.
