Senior Transmission Engineer

Lead transmission line design projects from conception to completion Provide technical oversight, expertise, and guidance to design staff Conduct economic studies and calculations for conductor selection, lightning performance, and grounding Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes Review vendor drawings and manage change orders Collaborate with project managers on schedules, budgets, and staffing Conduct field inspections and resolve installation issues Prepare technical reports and participate in client relationships and business development Mentor junior engineers and ensure QA/QC adherence Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 7 years of transmission engineering experience Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM, Civil 3D) PE license and EPC project experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel
