Weekend LVN

Description: Evolve adolescent mental health treatment and teen rehab centers, accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission, offer the highest caliber of behavioral health care for adolescents 12 to 17 years old struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse. Essential Functions: Provide first aid and nursing care as needed Supervise and ensure the safety of all clients in care Ensure needs and services for each client are being implemented Ensure all records are up to date Complete and record daily vitals and weekly weight Prepare and administer medication daily; do medical inventory as needed Handle health emergencies appropriately This is a part time, onsite position (every Saturday and Sunday). Must be open to commuting to all our locations - La Mesa, Mt. Helix, and Encinitas. Requirements: Valid LVN/LPT license Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to multi-task and collaborate productively with other team members Must be punctual Have a respectful and professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients Experience with EMR is a plus Must be at least 21 years of age or older Must have a valid DL and reliable transportation Must have a clean record and can clear a CA Live Scan background check Benefits Paid Time Off - We understand a healthy work/life balance is crucial for our success, so we maintain a flexible Paid Time Off policy.
