Director of Finance

Position Summary The Director of Finance oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and strong internal controls. This role partners with executive leadership to support strategic financial planning and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. Develop financial strategies and long-term forecasts. Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Act as the point person for banking relationships and own treasury management. Manage business insurance lines and renewals. Oversee cash flow management, investments, and financial risk mitigation. Manage finance staff and support their professional development. Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and board members. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred). CPA, CMA, or similar certification strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive financial management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
