Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-hour day shift Telemetry unit position requiring a PA or compact RN license and at least one year of telemetry experience. Job Details • Work in a 19-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit within a hospital setting, • 12-hour day shifts from 06:45 to 19:15, • 13-week contract assignment, Job Requirements • Active PA or compact RN license required, • Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience, • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS from the American Heart Association or Red Cross, • Basic Arrhythmia certification is required, • Experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy is required, • Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) certification required, which can be completed online, Additional Information • Responsible for managing telemetry monitoring and providing Med Surg care, • Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel, • First time travelers not specified, • Scrub or dress code requirements not specified
