Job Description

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a school-based setting located in Riverside, CA. This contract role extends for the remainder of the school year with a strong likelihood of annual renewal, offering guaranteed hours throughout the term. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in occupational therapy within educational environments, with a focus on supporting students' fine motor skill development. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to promote students' functional abilities and academic success. You will provide direct therapy services aimed at improving fine motor skills and other areas impacting students' participation at school. Flexibility and adaptability are important, as services may include teletherapy as well as in-person intervention. Desired qualifications and experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings Proficiency in evaluating and treating fine motor skill challenges among children Familiarity with home health OT and healthcare settings is a plus Experience delivering teletherapy services effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with school staff and families Position Details: Location: Riverside, CA Full-time, contract position for the remainder of the school year Guaranteed hours to ensure consistent schedule and income Health, dental, and vision insurance offered This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' development within a supportive educational environment.
