Job Title: Digital Architect - HLS/MedTech/RD Focus Location: Washington DC or Indianapolis Experience Level: 15+ years in digital engineering and architecture roles Salary : $115-120k Client: TATA ELXSI | DIALITY Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Digital Architect with deep expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) and MedTech domains to lead and front-end strategic digital engineering engagements. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge business needs with cutting-edge technology solutions, drive innovation, and deliver scalable digital platforms for clients . We need some one strong who understands MedTech/RD space as well as good sense on healthcare . Key Responsibilities: Lead digital transformation initiatives for HLS/MedTech clients, focusing on patient-centric solutions, connected devices, and data-driven platforms. Architect end-to-end digital solutions including cloud-native platforms, IoT integrations, AI/ML models, and data interoperability frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to deliver high-impact solutions. Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical roadmaps. Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as digital twins, edge computing, and generative AI in MedTech. Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in digital architecture, DevSecOps, and agile delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in architecting digital solutions for HLS/MedTech clients. Strong understanding of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and containerization. Familiarity with connected medical devices, remote patient monitoring, and digital therapeutics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
