Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA,) Urgent Care Provider -PRN Location: Burke and McDowell County Facility Division: UNC Health Blue Ridge Shift: Day. HIGHLIGHTS • Access to a broad scope of specialist within UNC Health Blue Ridge Network • A well respected organization in the community and across the state QUALIFICATIONS Education/Licensure Requirements: • Completion of an accredited graduate -level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program. • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible. - Prior experience in ED and or Urgent Care Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: • Demonstrates clinical competency. • Effective leadership skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Demonstrates written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills. • Effective interaction and care of patients • Documentation of medical records for accurate billing I look forward to assisting you with your career at UNC Health Blue Ridge and the wonderful opportunities we have to offer!
