FP&A Systems Implementation Specialist

Job DescriptionOne of our healthcare software clients is looking for an FP&A Systems Implementation Specialist to join the team for a 6 month contract with a possible extension or conversion to a full time employee. The ideal candidate will help the Finance team make their planning system, Pigment, work better. They fix data issues, improve how the system is set up, and make sure information from tools like NetSuite and Workday flows correctly. They remove manual Excel work and build a cleaner, more reliable planning environment.Key responsibilities Fix mismatched data between Pigment, NetSuite, and other systems Improve how Pigment is built so it supports budgeting and forecasting more smoothly Replace manual spreadsheets with clean system processes Work with Accounting and HR to ensure shared data is accurate Improve system integrations and reduce manual uploads Create documentation and set up good system governance Solve technical roadblocks and make the system easier to use Find ways to simplify reports, automate workflows, and scale the planning model This is a fully remote role working EST hours.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
