HR Specialist

Payrate: $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Requirements: Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations. Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
