Role Summary We are seeking a Director Quality Assurance (QA) who will lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide quality programs to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all data aggregation and product roll outs to clients. This role will build and oversee a best-in-class QA framework, manage data validation protocols, and partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all project deliverables meet client, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The Director will be a hands-on leader, balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's QA vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business goals and client expectations. Create project specific testing plans and test cases, ensuring adherence and follow through of testing plans across development and testing teams Manage the QA team members including business analysts and testers spanning US and India Oversee data quality assurance processes, including ingestion, normalization, transformation, and reporting of data and applications during development and testing phases of projects Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of aggregated data for clients and partners by applying the QA strategy to project deployments Work closely with business analysts, data analysts, and our development teams to ensure quality of project deployments Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and other relevant regulatory and industry standards Establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability for QA success Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and Client Services teams to integrate QA processes into workflows Serve as a quality advocate in client-facing discussions, representing the organization's commitment to data excellence Develop and oversee quality audits and compliance monitoring programs Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to address risk areas and corrective actions Leverage automation, AI, and advanced analytics to enhance QA processes and reduce manual errors Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction RequirementsDegree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Background in specialty pharmacy, healthcare data, or life sciences data aggregation strongly preferred Proven leadership skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural adoption of quality principles. Expertise in data validation, ETL testing, and quality frameworks within healthcare or regulated environments. Experience with QA automation tools, SQL, data warehouses, and BI/reporting systems. Minimum of 3 years' experience working with AWS native stack. Problem-solving aptitude, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced product development environment and hands-on mentality to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful product. Experience with working with an on-shore/off-shore model. Understanding data standardization practices in pharma domain, integrating Healthcare data, and security related to HIPAA is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
