SAP Jr Technical Support Engineer

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a SAP Jr Technical Support Engineer to support a large agency in SC. What You'll Do • Configure and maintain SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules • Optimize workflows to reduce manual processes and improve data integrity • Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing for system changes • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR system issues • Develop reports and dashboards using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI • Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) • Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align systems with business needs • Support compliance with internal and external organizations. • Contribute to HR system modernization and integration initiatives What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR module configuration and support experience • 3+ years supporting HR/Payroll processes and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FLSA) • Experience with HR data validation and integrity monitoring • Strong reporting skills using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI • Experience with RBAC and position-based access configuration • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to work onsite weekly and support flexible hours as needed
