Role Responsibilities Deliver thorough, continuous care for pediatric to geriatric patients. Address chronic diseases, preventive care, acute health challenges, and mental wellness through a compassionate, patient-centric approach. Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment strategies. Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare experts to ensure integrated care. Engage in quality enhancement programs that aim to improve patient health outcomes and operational success. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate, current patient documentation. Provide care through both in-person visits and virtual consultations to align with patient preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution. Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Texas medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Sharply honed diagnostic abilities with a focus on preventative health and proactive management.
