Scrum Master

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and lead Agile practices across multiple teams. This is a high-priority, proactive requisition for a candidate who can foster collaboration, coach teams on Agile principles, and ensure successful delivery of product increments. Responsibilities: • Coach, inspire, and mentor teams on Agile principles, values, and practices. • Independently lead Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) for multiple teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Enable progress toward objectives, KPIs, and commitments. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and focus on customer value and quality. • Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and recommend solutions. • Facilitate open communication and positive team dynamics. • Partner with leadership on scaled planning activities and ceremonies. • Contribute to the Agile Community and increase overall Agile maturity. • May act as a Scrum-of-Scrums leader for domain-level work. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role. • Proven experience applying Agile principles and practices, delivering epics, releases, and versions. • Familiarity with Agile patterns and techniques (e.g., burndown charts, retrospectives, user story refinement). • Programming/development experience preferred. • Strong servant leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to influence leaders at all levels and foster an Agile mindset. • Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
