Accela Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and approachable Human Resources Generalist to support our team and help foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on - someone who can balance compliance, employee relations, recruitment support, and culture-building in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm What We Offer Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Professional growth opportunities Supportive and team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required employment documentation Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Assist with employee relations matters, coaching, documentation, and investigations Track and manage leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and benefits enrollment Support performance management and corrective action processes Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare and labor laws Promote employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture Qualifications 2 years of Human Resources experience required Healthcare or long-term care experience required Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Excellent organizational and documentation skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred Why Join Accela Healthcare?
