Manages employee medical records using the EMR system, ensuring accurate data entry and report checks. Documents orders, procedures, and assessments legibly and accurately from check-in to check-out. Processes employees from new hire to annual compliance, including screenings and drug tests following federal procedures. Conducts respirator fit testing in accordance with OSHA standards and AdventHealth policies. Relays discharge and follow-up instructions to employees using approved tools. Participates in AdventHealth compliance initiatives and training. Supports Employee Health services such as return to work and Covid-19 employee line. Other duties as assigned. Collects and processes blood work according to AdventHealth protocols. Maintains knowledge of required immunizations for healthcare workers and adheres to AdventHealth policies. Performs clinical duties under standing orders from the Medical Director.
