Job Description: As a Integration and Middleware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing integrations across a wide range of enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud telephony, IVR, portals, mobile apps, middleware platforms, and cloud hosting solutions. This role requires deep experience with backend development, API architecture, microservices, event-driven integrations, and enterprise middleware workflows while ensuring seamless performance, scalability, and system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Connect and integrate systems such as SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Dynamics 365, cloud telephony, IVR, portals, mobile apps, middleware, and cloud platforms to ensure seamless performance. Analyse solution components and evaluate integration models. Assess integration options for high-volume transaction processing. Apply best practices for leveraging open APIs on demand. Identify opportunities to reduce data replication and improve integration efficiency. Act as a continuous improvement resource to enhance technical integrations and optimize performance. Lead development and implementation of complex solutions across SAP, CRM, Azure, IVR, and external systems. Design robust integrations between SAP, CRM, Azure services, IVR systems, payment gateways, backend databases, and other external platforms. Design and optimize IVR systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, vendors, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay updated with .NET and GoLang best practices and recommend innovative solutions aligned with industry trends. Optimize transaction processing speed, latency, reliability, and monitor system performance. Build middleware workflows for telephony systems, IVR, portals, and mobile applications. Implement encryption and data protection strategies for sensitive customer and payment data. Implement observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor. Document all technical and functional work in alignment with required templates and standards. Participate in code reviews and support knowledge sharing. Build strong working relationships with technical teams, business owners, vendors, sponsors, and clients. Work independently while adhering to organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: 8+ years of integration/middleware development experience with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role. 7+ years of backend development experience using .NET. 5+ years of backend development experience using Python. 3+ years of backend development experience using GoLang. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and decentralized microservices architecture. Experience delivering at least two projects using decentralized event-based microservices. Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go and .NET. Strong experience with Podman and Kubernetes orchestration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong understanding of Azure cloud platforms including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years developing high-volume enterprise system integrations across SAP, Dynamics 365, and Azure. Hands-on IVR system design and optimization experience, ideally in customer-facing environments. Experience integrating SAP BRIM for subscription billing. Experience integrating POS/eCommerce systems with CRM platforms. Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or Azure Event Hub. Experience with message queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools. Advanced certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or integration platforms. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr.
