Familiarity with EPIC documentation software is preferred to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Document treatment progress thoroughly and maintain compliance with departmental policies. Participate in peer reviews and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care. Adhere to professional standards, including confidentiality, attendance, and ethical behavior. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Valid Texas SLP license or SLP Intern license with stipulations met. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification within one year of hire.
