Job Title: Controller Salary: $$,000/yr +Benefits Permanent Role || ONSITE ROLE Location: Orange Park, FL Job description: The Controller is responsible for supervising all staff in the Accounting and Reimbursement Departments. This position also has the ultimate responsibility to insure that all Accounting Policy Guides are being followed and that all financial related reporting deadlines are met. Coordination of annual external audit and all internal audit inquiries. Review and refinement of systems to ensure that proper accounting controls exist. Ensures that discrepancies are worked timely and that payment calculators are accurate. Oversees the preparation of net revenue, cost accounting and other reimbursement related reports as requested. Responsible for overseeing the annual budget preparation and the monthly closing process. Assists CFO on special projects as required. The Controller is responsible for the coordination of annual external audit and all internal audit inquiries. What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's Degree required; Post graduate degree preferred CPA preferred Accounting experience in a healthcare setting or industry is highly preferred . Candidates must have experience in full cycle accounting, especially in month end close, financial statement preparation. This is NOT negotiable. Strong and proven leadership skills are essential.
